Bloating much? I know it is something we all go through but what if it is something that is a constant problem. What can you do about it?
For years I always had this bloat. It would fluctuate but somehow I always felt a little puffy no matter what I did.
It wasn’t until I understood how my body worked that I learned I didn’t do well with eating quickly, almonds and oatmeal that I was able to change things around. I learned that I needed to BREATHE before I ate as it slows me down and stops me from swallowing air when I chew. I learned that my body has a tough time digesting oatmeal and that icky feeling I had after a bowl was forcing my body to flood my system with more water to help my gut digest. I also learned that the proteins in almonds and unsoaked nuts my body isn’t a fan of so for me I either do a nut butter or just have that understanding around my body.
