How to: Fill Out Consultation Form and Set up Trainerize App
Once you get your account set up, you will need to download the Fit and Fabulous App onto your smartphone. Be sure to follow along with the directions in the video to get your account all setup! Also, please open the email on your smartphone so the app is easily downloaded.
How to: Track Progress
Tracking your progress is important to keep motivated and stay on track towards your goals! The Fit and Fabulous app makes it EASY to upload photos, track your measurements and weight loss. I suggest filling in your progress every 3-4 weeks so you can see the changes you are making with each program.
How to: Access Your Workouts
Within 48 hours your account will be loaded with your workout plan. Every 6-8 weeks a new one is announced and delivered to keep things fun and exciting! If you have any questions about the program, feel free to ask in the Facebook group or by contacting the team through the messenger app (this tutorial is below).
How to: Access Your Meal Plan
If a meal plan is not available in the app, it is because I have made a cute PDF that takes up too much space! Feel free to grab all your meal plans and recipes here. I add recipes weekly and new meal plans with every program so you will never get bored of the same old food week after week!
How to: Message Coach Courtney
Messaging Courtney is EASY with the Fit and Fabulous App. Check in and say hi or ask a question about the plan! She is always there to help guide you or help you whenever you need some motivation or guidance. Feel free to message her at anytime, she responds within 24 hours.
How to: Use the Interval Feature
Some workout programs use the interval feature in the app to make it easy to time your movement and rest periods. The app has a specific way to access this feature so we created a video to show you exactly how to use this cool feature to your advantage.
