Welcome to the Body Werk 6 Week Challenge

This Program Features:

  • HIIT Style Workouts: For quick, effective weight loss we need to challenge our bodies with intensity and agility!
  • Workout Time: 20 Minutes!
  • Uses the Interval Feature on your App, be sure to watch the video below to learn more!

The Schedule

  • Cardio 30-45 Minute: This is up to you how you want to approach this. Like previous programs, I suggest a light jog around your neighborhood or a pop into a local studio to try a fun class. Mix it up and make those 30-45 minutes something new!
  • Schedule: This is a tentative schedule and one I suggest. If for some reason you want to mix things up don’t worry, do YOU!
  • Sunday Self Care: Take Sunday to meal prep, put on a face mask, take a long bath, meditate a little longer or take a nice walk around your neighborhood to soak in the week. Take yourself out for a manicure or buy a new lipgloss. Treat yourself the way you want to be treated and connect with yourself each and every week. This day is meant to do just that so really carve out that time for yourself.
