Welcome Message  and Guidelines

This 4 week workout program is designed to jumpstart your metabolism, build some muscle tone and get you ready for more advanced programs that will be coming your way! This program is high reps, speedy quick and will leave you dripping sweat! These workouts should take you around 20 minutes, be sure to warm up and cool down and enjoy a protein and fruit post workout!
